The City of San Bernardino Public Works Department is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced engineering consulting firms to provide on-call engineering plan check, development engineering review, and related technical services in support of the City’s development review process. These services will assist the City in reviewing engineering plans, studies, and related documents associated with private development to ensure compliance with City standards, applicable regulations, and accepted engineering practices.
