The City of San Bernardino’s Community Development and Housing Department invites applications for FY 2027-2028 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funding. The City anticipates approximately $2,600,000 in CDBG funding and $256,500 in ESG funding, subject to final HUD allocations.
Funding will support eligible community development activities benefiting low- and moderate-income residents, community improvements, and services addressing homelessness and housing instability. Refer to the attached NOFA package for applicant eligibility, eligible activities, application requirements, and evaluation criteria.
Applications open October 26, 2026, and must be submitted through Neighborly by December 7, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time:
