The City of Fresno (City) Public Works Department is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified consulting firms to update the City’s development impact fees for Traffic Signal Mitigation, Major Streets, Police and Fire Facilities. The current impact fees were adopted by the Fresno City Council in June 2022 and need to be updated by March 2027.
