The scope of work includes the installation of one (1) eight (8) foot single post frame swing set with four (4) total swings including two (2) standard adult seats, one (1) toddler bucket seat, and one (1) accessible swing seat; expansion of the existing soft fall area surrounding the swing set to comply with current US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) safe fall standards; installation of one (1) new bench; installation of two (2) new shade trees and corresponding irrigation; and revision of the fencing layout to accommodate the proposed new layout at Logan Park, located at 5450 North Santa Fe Avenue.
