The City of Indio is seeking qualified (“Contractor(s)”) capable of providing timely, reliable, and cost-effective construction, repair, renovation, maintenance, and facility improvement services on an as-needed basis. Services may include general building repairs, preventive maintenance, minor construction, remodeling, installation, replacement, and other related work necessary to maintain City facilities in a safe, functional, and operational condition.
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform general building construction, repair, renovation, maintenance, and related services for City-owned facilities on an as-needed, on-call basis. Work may include, but is not limited to, preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, minor construction, remodeling, installation, replacement, and other facility improvement projects. The Contractor shall perform all operations necessary to complete the requested work in accordance with applicable codes, industry standards, and the City's specifications.
