The purpose of this request for proposal is to obtain Specialized Financial services for the delivery of international climate finance and DFATD International Assistance Innovation Program (IAIP) through repayable financial instruments. This includes providing targeted and ad-hoc technical support on blended finance vehicles, including but not limited to the areas of due diligence, risk management, financial analysis and modelling, and support to DFATD during the negotiation of proposed investments.
