- This RFP is open to all interested vendors. 2. This procurement is for treasury financial advisory services. This is a two-stage procurement. To access Stage A prequalification, proponents are required to first complete a confidentiality agreement as part of the Sourcing Event in SAP Ariba. 3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. 4. Anticipated project timeline is up to 12 months.
