The selected developer will:
• Acquire the Property via a negotiated Purchase and Sale Agreement (PSA) or
Disposition and Development Agreement (DDA).
• Prepare and process all entitlements required for the proposed project, consistent with
the City’s Unified Development Code (UDC) and all other applicable regulations.
• Design and construct a high-quality project consistent with the approved entitlements,
including all required on- and off-site improvements, utilities, landscaping, and
frontage/driveway improvements.
• Project Delivery: Manage all aspects of development, including permitting, financing,
construction, and coordination with City staff, while adhering to a clear and efficient
project timeline.
• Deliver the project in accordance with an agreed schedule and performance milestones
to be incorporated into the final PSA/DDA.
