The work consists of improvement of the toe of the slope supporting Basin No. 8, which includes excavation of the existing ground material, keying and benching of the existing subgrade, compaction of the ground material, restoration of the toe area with fill and rock rip-rap, slope access road asphalt pavement restoration and all appurtenant work as specified and shown on the drawings.
