This is the first phase (Phase One) of a two-phase process: the first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers; the second phase (Phase Two) will invite the qualified suppliers to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. The work consist of Interior sanitary sewer repairs at the National Forestry Centre (NRCan), including the installation of new sanitary sewer piping beneath the existing concrete floor, associated excavation and concrete/floor restoration, work around existing infrastructure, and site cleanup. The Contractor must perform and complete the Work within Thirty (30) weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.
