5P468-26-0058/A Stage 2 - Greenwich Interpretation Centre Fire Protection and HVAC System Upgrades - Prince Edward Island National Park REQUIREMENT The work under this contract generally consists of the partial replacement and upgrade of building mechanical systems and associated fire protection systems at the Greenwich Centre Visitor Information Centre, operated by Parks Canada as part of the Greenwich Interpretation Centre operations. The project includes the supply, installation, modification, integration, commissioning, and related construction activities required to replace portions of the existing HVAC systems and upgrade portions of the existing fire protection (sprinkler) system. The work is intended to improve system reliability, ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards, and maintain safe and functional building environmental conditions. TWO STAGE SELECTION PROCESS This posting is the Stage Two of a two-stage solicitation process: the first stage was to evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers. The second stage (Stage Two) is to invite the qualified suppliers to provide further qualifications and a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. Only qualified suppliers have been invited to bid. Potential and interested sub-contractors are invited to add their company’s name under the section “Partner with another business”
