Description of Work: The objective of this engagement is to conduct a comprehensive organization-wide assessment of the Courts Administration Service (CAS), including approximately 900 employees, of whom approximately 36 are executives, to evaluate organizational health, culture, employee engagement, leadership practices and effectiveness, psychological safety, inclusion, workload, and overall organizational effectiveness. The Contractor will provide assessment, facilitation, and advisory services to the Chief Administrator and Chief Executive Officer, the Head of Human Resources, and the Executive Team, as appropriate. The engagement will culminate in evidence-based findings, recommendations, and a phased implementation roadmap designed to address root causes, strengthen organizational performance, and support sustainable organizational change.
