Through this RFB, the Ministry is seeking a qualified Vendor for the provision of an Online Reporting Platform to facilitate members of the public online self-reporting of in-scope non-emergency incidents to be utilized by the Ministry and potentially other Province of Ontario Police Services (POPS). The Vendor shall provide a comprehensive Solution, including all implementation, configuration, training, and ongoing maintenance and support services as required throughout the Term of the Contract.
