Description

Calou - The port side is submerged at high tide. There are multiple hull breaches resulting in water ingress; the starboard side has collapsed and the starboard bow is severely torn. The wreck is unsafe, with numerous sharp hazards and unrestricted public access. The vessel has a slight starboard list, and the hull is in an advanced state of deterioration. The deck is severely damaged, with large openings and multiple points of water ingress. Wilcox – The keel is broken, and the hull is sagging. The structure is severely deteriorated, with numerous unstable sections. It is heeled over on the port side, with a central point of structural collapse. The port side hull is partially buried under a layer of fine rock. The stern remains largely intact, while the bow is destroyed. The level of decay is advanced. Water flows freely through the structure at high tide. This bid solicitation process is open only to suppliers holding a Supply Arrangement (SA) under the Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA) EVC01-202002.
