Public Safety and Emergency Services - Request for Proposal - ERC Rehabilitative Workshops for Female & Male Inmates

The Province is seeking a Contractor (or two Contractors, per below) to provide rehabilitative Workshops to adult female and adult male inmates in custody at ERC. Proponents may submit a Proposal to provide rehabilitative Workshops to the female inmate population or the male population. If Proponents wish to deliver Workshops to both the female and male inmate populations, a separate Proposal must be submitted for each. One Contract may be issued if the Evaluation process determines the same Proponent is the successful Proponent for each inmate population.
