Portable Digital Radiography Kits

NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT The Department of National Defence (DND) requires the purchase of Portable Digital Radiography Kits, in order to meet its inspection requirements. The resulting Contract will contain initial and optional deliverables which may be purchased for a period until 31 March 2030. Delivery of the items is within Ottawa, Ontario Initial Deliverables: Must be received on or before 31 March 2027 Initial Deliverables Description: Portable Digital Radiography Kits.-- Quantity:(6) Optional Deliverables Optional Deliverables 1 April 2027 to 31 March 2028 Description: Portable Digital Radiography Kits.-- Quantity:(2) Optional Deliverables 1 April 2028 to 31 March 2029 Description: Portable Digital Radiography Kits.-- Quantity:(2) Optional Deliverables 1 April 2029 to 31 March 2030 Description: Portable Digital Radiography Kits.-- Quantity:(2) Tendering procedures: This solicitation of offers is subject to the Policy on Reciprocal Procurement. This means that only Canadian Suppliers and Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner, as defined in the Annex Solicitation of Offers Definitions, are eligible for this solicitation of offers. Offers submitted by Suppliers of a Non-Trading Partner will be rejected. Nature of Requirement: The Department of National Defence (DND), is responsible for the security and safety of Defence installations, buildings and facilities, including the detection of concealed threats. In order to facilitate these activities, DND requires the purchase of Portable Digital Radiography Kits, capable of locating and identifying threats. Detailed requirements may be found within the attached Solicitation of Offers and any amendments to the Solicitation of Offers. Delivery Date (initial deliverables): On or before 31 March 2027. Competitive Procurement Strategy: For Canada to declare an offer compliant, the offer must comply with the requirements of the solicitation of offers and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria. Canada will consider the compliant offer with the lowest evaluated price for award. Security Requirements: There is no security requirement associated with this Solicitation of Offers.
