The City of Palm Springs is requesting statements of qualifications from qualified firms to provide the City with owner’s representative services for the Palm Springs Convention Center (PSCC) renovation and expansion project. The scope of work will consist of owner representative services on behalf of the City of Palm Springs generally defined by three stages, Stage 1: interior and exterior renovations and capital improvement projects, Stage 2: urban connectivity project and Stage 3: east expansion.
