The Conservation & Protection (C&P) branch is an expanding organization that requires the assistance of Staffing Consultants to develop and implement staffing and resourcing strategies, manage recruitment processes, including candidate assessments, interviews, and job offers, advise on merit criteria, assessment tools, and staffing policies, and monitor staffing processes ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
