All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by January 27th, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. EST. All bids submitted after 2:00 p.m. EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. There will be a site visit on January 14th, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. There is a security requirement to attend. Please refer to SI20 of the Invitation to Tender for more information. Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), commonly known as Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), requires a General Contractor to provide construction Services for the mechanical, electrical, architectural, and structural upgrades to Environment Canada’s Oil Spill Simulator, located at 335 River Road, Ottawa, Ontario.
