The City of Torrance is requesting proposals from qualified vendors for RFQ for update of the Sewer System Master Plan, CIP No. I-168.
This RFQ is intended to be as descriptive as possible.  However, Proposers may not take advantage of omissions or oversights in this document.  Proposers must supply products and services that meet or exceed the requirements of this RFQ.  In the event of a dispute over installation or performance, the needs of the City of Torrance will govern.
Scope of work must include all labor, equipment, materials, and accessories for a complete and useable project. Contractor is responsible for investigating existing site conditions prior to submitting a proposal. It is expected that proposers have knowledge of all applicable industry standards, laws, and regulations.
Qualified vendors are asked to prepare a proposal that addresses all tasks as outlined below. The proposal should address how the products and services will be provided and describe the network of dealers and/or subcontractors that will be available for the contract.
Proposal must be complete and in compliance with the requirements of this RFQ or it will be considered non-responsive and will be rejected. It is the intent of the City to award a contract to qualified proposers offering the best overall quality selection of equipment, products, services, and prices.
