This ITQ is being issued to qualify respondents (Qualified Respondent) for the Government of Canada Network Services (GCNS) Stream 5 Leased Dark Fibre (LDF).Qualified Respondents will be able to participate in any refresh of the GCNS Stream 5 LDF Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA) in accordance with the terms and conditions of this ITQ.
