Experiential Marketing Services for the Foodland Ontario Program

RFB for the provision of development, execution, and management of experiential marketing services within the province of Ontario for the Foodland Ontario program (Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Agribusiness). The Vendor will be required to plan and execute Ministry engagement initiatives and events such as experiential marketing programs and food sampling at grocery locations and a small number of other locations where local food is sold (e.g., farmers’ markets, on-farm market). Locations of store activations will be balanced province-wide. Multiple waves of activations will be required across multiple grocery banners during the term of the contract. The Vendor may also participate in consumer engagements events for ex. The Royal Winter Fair and may be called upon to sample at identified event activations throughout Ontario.
