Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the services of a diving firm to perform diving inspections and minor repairs on marine structures and facilities at various locations in Newfoundland and Labrador. It is intended to award up to a maximum of Three (3) Standing Offers: One (1) SO for Eastern Region; One (1) SO for Central Region; One (1) SO for Western Region. Offerors can choose to submit bids for only one (1) region or for multiple regions. The term of this Regional Individual Standing Offer will be for two (2) years, on an 'as and when requested basis'. Canada reserves the right to award to more than one contractor. This solicitation of offers is open only to Canadian suppliers and suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada. Reference the solicitation for further details.
