Adjacent to 5761 Tuxedo Terrace, construct a new bulkhead due to a failing existing retaining structure located on the downslope side of the road adjacent to 5761 Tuxedo Terrace.

♦♦ 16LF bulkhead consisting of 3 soldier piles with precast concrete lagging panels
♦♦ Grade beam above the bulkhead with integral curb and gutter
