Requirement: This requirement is for the Department of National Defence (DND) The Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) requires the provision of a Learning Advisor for RCEME School Qualification Standard (QS) for EO TECH RQ-PTE. The Contractor must create a 165-day (33 weeks) or less technical Training Plan and Master Lesson Plan that aligns with the five Performance Objectives of the EO TECH RQ-PTE QS, which will be provided in Appendix Electronic-Optics Technician Qualification Standard as the primary reference for curriculum alignment. The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada. RFP was sent to all Ontario TSPS SA #E60ZT-16TSSB
