The City of Trail invites bids from qualified contractors or horticultural service providers for the seasonal planting and maintenance of flower beds, planters, and hanging baskets throughout the City. The work includes spring preparation and planting, ongoing seasonal maintenance, and fall closure.The initial term of the contract will be three (3) years, with the option, at the City’s discretion, to renew for up to two (2) additional one (1) year terms.Work will commence on April 1 of each year and must be completed by October 31 of each year.
