Pigeon Hill Electrical Repairs, Pigeon Hill, NB In general, the work covered under this project includes all labour, all products (i.e.: materials, machinery, equipment and appliances), all construction materials and all services that may be necessary for the execution of the work in accordance with the contractual documents. Work under this Contract covers, but is not limited to the following: 1. Electrical demolition and relocation as indicated on drawings; 2. Supply and installation of electrical distribution system as indicated; 3. Supply and installation of wiring devices. 4. Supply and installation of electrical shrouds and protection plates; 5. Supply and installation of conduit, trenching, junction boxes, pull boxes, and wiring; 6. Testing of systems for acceptance by inspection authority; 7. Supply of temporary lighting and power; 8. Mark up “Record Drawings” in red on print provided to Consultant. Before submitting a bid, bidders can visit the site and its surroundings, at their own expense, to review and verify the form, nature, and extent of the work, materials needed for the completion of the work, the means of access to the site, severity, exposure, and uncertainty of weather, soil conditions, any accommodations they may require, and in general shall obtain all necessary information as to risks, contingencies, and other circumstances which may influence or affect their bid. No allowance shall be made subsequently in this connection on account or error or negligence to properly observe and determine the conditions that will apply. The work shall be substantially completed by December 14th 2026. Construction shall be done between the months of October 1st ,2026 and December 14th 2026.
