This solicitation of offers cancels and supersedes previous solicitation of offers number 26-58071 dated July 16th 2026 with a closing of August 14th 2026 at 2:00PM - EDT. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to Offeror's who offered on the previous solicitation of offers. The National Research Council Canada (NRC) requires a CNC tool room lathe with full manual machining capabilities to support quick setup, operational flexibility and precision machining, operations. All the deliverables must be received on or before March 31st 2027 Solicitation of Offer Submission Eligibility. This solicitation of offers is subject to the Policy on Reciprocal Procurement. This means that only Canadian Suppliers and Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner, are eligible for this solicitation of offers. Offers submitted by Suppliers of a Non-Trading Partner will be rejected. Basis of selection: Lowest Evaluated Price with Mandatory Technical Criteria Tenders must be submitted to the NRC Bid Receiving Unit at: [email protected] Refer to the attached tender documents to obtain further information. Canada retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
