The Municipality understands that the infrastructure it maintains and the services it delivers are being strained by the changing climate. To prepare for the climate hazards projected to impact the community in the future and build resilience, the Municipality is seeking to conduct a community-wide Climate Risk Assessment and develop a Climate Adaptation Plan that will support focusing efforts to reduce climate risk.
