The project consists of pavement rehabilitation and restriping of the following listed local roads:
Camino Del Rey, Reina Court, Cochise Way, Tecopa Circle, Indian Wells Lane, Calle
Tranquilidad, Via Serena, Miami Circle and Fairway Drive.
City shall award the contract for the Project to the lowest responsive, responsible Bidder as determined by the City from the BASE BID ALONE. City reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any Bids or in the bidding process.
The Bid Security must be submitted in hard copy directly to the City prior to the specified date and time for bid opening as set forth in the Instructions to Bidders.
