RFSA - Translation Services

PROCUREMENT OVERVIEW

The Department of Public Works and Government Services (PSPC) is seeking to establish a Request for Supply Arrangements (RFSA) to renew its directory of translation services suppliers. The core objective is to fulfill the translation needs for Official Languages, allowing suppliers to qualify in various language combinations and fields of work, totaling seventy (70) fields. This initiative aims to ensure that the Translation Bureau has access to qualified suppliers capable of meeting its ongoing translation requirements.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for consideration, bidders must meet the following mandatory requirements:

• Qualifications in Translation: Suppliers must demonstrate qualifications in one or more of the seventy (70) fields of translation.
• Ongoing Qualification: Suppliers can qualify at any time during the contract period as evaluations are conducted quarterly.
• Existing Suppliers: Current suppliers with an SA are not required to reapply unless they wish to qualify for new fields or tiers.

TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES

Bidders must possess the following technical capabilities:

• Proficiency in the specified language combinations for translation.
• Expertise in the various fields of work relevant to the translation services required by the Translation Bureau.

DELIVERABLES AND PERFORMANCE STANDARDS

EVALUATION CRITERIA
