City of Prince George (the “City”) invites Developers interested in an opportunity to purchase City-owned property located at 2820 15th Avenue and 2880 15th Avenue (PID: 030-878-616) (the “Property”) for the purpose of redeveloping the Property into a mixed-use building with arts on the first floor and housing located on the floors above (the “Redevelopment”). The asking price for the Property is $1,500,000.00 less the cost of demolition (the “Purchase Price”). The City shall provide an estimated demolition cost range as a future addendum to this RFEOI.
