NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for Publication Management Services (PMS) and Interactive Electronic Technical Manual Services (IETMS). The work will involve providing the full scope and breadth of services and materials applicable to the management, amendment, preparation, and delivery of roughly 1,600 technical publications managed and supported by the Directorate of Aerospace Equipment Program Management (Fighters and Trainers) [DAEPM(FT)].
