RFI to gather information about the marketplace to assist the Ministry in the determination of a system that support ticketing, reservations, admissions, memberships, event registration retail sales, customer communications, reporting, customer relationship management, visitor engagement and related visitor experience functions. The Ministry seeks information regarding the capabilities of respondent’s systems to support the diverse operational requirements of its attractions, including configurable products, booking processes, pricing models, inventory management, reporting, customer communications permissions and business rules. The information may be used in developing future procurement requirements.
