Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP) For Hot Water Tank Replacements for Housing Services Centre (HSC) Borden This requirement is for: Department of National Defence (DND) – Canadian Forces Housing Agency (CFHA) 1. CFHA, within DND, has a requirement for the procurement the replacement of 28 Hot Water Tanks at multiple RHUs for HSC Borden. 2. Proposed period of contract The proposed period of contract shall be from the date of contract award to December 21st, 2026.
