Economic and Technical Cooperation (ECOTECH) Program Management and Implementation Services

Global Affairs Canada (GAC) requires the services of a Managing Contractor to provide program management and implementation services in support of the delivery of the Economic and Technical Cooperation (ECOTECH) Program established under the Canada-Indonesia Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA). The objective of the Contract is to provide the program management, technical, operational, administrative and implementation services required to support the effective delivery of ECOTECH, in accordance with the approved ECOTECH governance arrangements, Work Plan, applicable contractual requirements and Government of Canada policy and directives. The Managing Contractor will be responsible for the day-to-day management and implementation of approved ECOTECH activities within the authorities and parameters established by the Contract and approved ECOTECH governance arrangements.
