• Under this RFP, the City of Vancouver (the “City”) is seeking bids from vendors with expertise in the supply and delivery of Industrial Supplies, in accordance with the requirements set out in Appendix 1 – Requirements/Scope of Work (the “Buyer Attachment”). Interested parties (“Respondents”) must submit their responses in accordance with the instructions contained in this RFP.• The term of any resulting Agreement is expected to be a 3-year period, with 3 possible 2-year extensions, for a maximum total term of 9 years.
