**Project Scope and Objectives:**  
Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is inviting offers to establish a Standing Offer (SO) for the crushing of aggregate as required for the maintenance and repair of roads, range, and training areas at 5 Canadian Division Support Base (CDSB) Gagetown, located in Oromocto, New Brunswick. The estimated value of the SO is up to $12,000,000. It may be extended for an additional 2 years at $4,000,000 for each extension.

**Specific Requirements and Capabilities:**  
- **Aggregates to be provided:**  
  - 31.5 mm minus modified aggregate: 62,317 cubic meters  
  - 75 mm minus aggregate: 98,395 cubic meters  
  - Modified R5 aggregate: 17,805 cubic meters  
  - Modified R25 aggregate: 17,905 cubic meters  
- **Equipment Specifications:**  
  - Excavator with heavy breaker (minimum 4,000 ft lbs capacity): 160 hours  
  - Mobilization and demobilization of equipment: 1 unit
