The scope of work includes but is not limited to; The Chestnut Neighborhood SRTS Project is within the area bounded by Chestnut Avenue, Tulare Avenue, Willow Avenue and Belmont Avenue. This project will install new sidewalk and curb ramps through the neighborhood including: Garden Avenue, Winery Avenue, Fine Avenue, Willow Avenue, Belmont Avenue, Madison Avenue, Grant Avenue, Washington Avenue, McKenzie Avenue, Nevada Avenue, Illinois Avenue, Iowa Avenue and Tulare Avenue.
