The Government of Newfoundland and Labrador, Department of Transportation and Infrastructure, Marine Services Division wishes to enter into an Individual Standing Offer Agreement (ISOA) for the supply and delivery of clothing and safety apparel for approximately 350 marine personnel located throughout the Island portion of Newfoundland and Labrador. Items include parkas, jackets, raingear, shirts, pants and others. For a complete list of items including specifications refer to the Mandatory Technical Requirements in Section E of Appendix C of this solicitation.
