ITQ – EC016-270551 - Firing Range - Dorchester NB This is the first phase of a two-phase process: the first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers; the second phase will invite the qualified suppliers to provide a financial bid on the project. The project involves a construction of a new indoor firearms training facility located on CSC property in Dorchester, NB. The Contractor shall perform and complete within 52 weeks of award. This solicitation of offers is open only to Canadian suppliers and to Suppliers of an applicable trading partner. This procurement incorporates provisions for the Policy on Prioritizing Canadian Suppliers and Canadian Content in Strategic Federal Procurement. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within $5,000,001 to $20,000,000.00 (HST included) Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation within 15 working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. Reference the solicitation for further details. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
