Reissue of Solicitation of Offers. This solicitation of offers cancels and supersedes previous solicitation of offers number W6893-27S006 dated July 22, 2026 with a closing of September 1st, 2026 at 2:00. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to Offeror's who offered on the previous solicitation of offers. PWGSC, on behalf of National Defence, is issuing this request for proposal for pumping and cleaning of manholes services including labour, equipment, tools, travel to National Defence sites and disposal facilities. The work is located in St-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Qc et Farnham, Qc, as detailed in Annex Statement of work.
