The National Capital Commission (NCC) is seeking submissions that meet high standards at the best possible cost for the provision of urban grounds maintenance services in Quebec for the natural and built facilities and properties described in this request for proposals. RFP. The scope of work will include the maintenance of parks, green spaces, recreational trails, roads, bridges, etc. The NCC will continue to be responsible for the overall planning and management of this important federal natural and cultural space within Canada's Capital Region.
