The City of Inglewood is seeking proposals for the integration, deployment, testing, and support of the Intelligent Transit System (IITS). The system will improve transit travel time, on-time performance, reliability, and passenger experience while maintaining safe and efficient traffic operations. The IITS system shall provide:
• Improved shuttle/bus travel time
• Reduce dwell-related delays and improve rider reliability
• Minimize negative impacts to general traffic and pedestrians
• Ensure interoperability with existing traffic signal controllers, transit systems, and IITS infrastructure
• Provide measurable performance reporting, dashboards, and analytics
• Implement robust cybersecurity, data governance, and maintainability
