Refer to attached Plan C-3. All Work must be coordinated with City of Ottawa Water Division forces; all work occurs only on exterior grounds with no requirement to access interior of any Federal assets or buildings. An optional site visit is scheduled for August 6, 2026 at 10am; full Personal Protective Equipment is required at the site visit Eligibility: Canadian Suppliers
