INVITATION TO QUALIFY – EB144-270364 – Building Electrification This is Phase One of a two phase process: the first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers; the second phase will invite the qualified suppliers to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. The project involves the electrification of the DFO ENS Office Building Sydney, NS, including replacement of the existing fuel-oil boilers with new electric boilers, removal of the fuel-oil system and chimney, and associated mechanical, electrical, controls, and building modifications. This solicitation of offers is open only to Canadian suppliers. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following cost category: between $100.001 to $500.000 (HST included) Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation.
