The City of Norwalk’s Housing & Neighborhood Development Division is a participating jurisdiction under the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, HOME Investments Partnership Program (HOME), HOME American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP), and Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) and Project Based Voucher (PBV) programs under the Norwalk Housing Authority. The City is seeking a qualified organization for the development, implementation, and administration of fair housing program. Should an award of contract be made, the selected Proposer will enter into an Agreement for Fair Housing Program Services.
