This ITQ is being issued to qualify respondents (Qualified Respondent) for the Government of Canada Network Services (GCNS) Stream 4 Optical Network Services (ONS).Qualified Respondents will be able to participate in any refresh of the GCNS Stream 4 ONS Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA) in accordance with the terms and conditions of this ITQ.The following suppliers are Qualified Respondents from a previously issued and completed GCNS Stream 4 ONS ITQ and are not required to participate in this ITQ:Bell Canada;Rogers (formerly Shaw Telecom G.P. o/a Shaw Business);Bragg Communications Inc.
