Service will be considered. Tenders close at 4:00 p.m. CST October 22, 2026. The RM of Big Stick No. 141 reserves the right to waive irregularities in the bid. The RM of Big Stick No. 141 will have the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. The lowest tender will not necessarily be accepted.
