His Majesty the King (HMTK) in right of Ontario as represented by the Ministry of Transportation (MTO) is planning to issue a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to acquire a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution for an Integrated Transportation Asset Management Solution (ITAMS) (“the Solution”). The Solution will provide a centralized platform to manage transportation infrastructure assets across their lifecycle, enabling MTO to improve visibility, support evidence-based investment decisions, optimize funding allocation, manage asset risks, and maximize the long-term value and performance of transportation infrastructure. The Solution will be an enterprise application used by MTO staff to manage provincially owned highway infrastructure assets, conduct cross-asset optimization and prioritization, and publish and receive data to/from other MTO systems. The initiative will support modernization of the ministry's transportation asset management capabilities through implementation of an enterprise cloud-based platform supporting data-driven investment planning and lifecycle management across provincially owned transportation assets.
